From the manufacturing plant in eastern France DHJ INTERNATIONAL offers via it’s worldwide distribution network the Decoprint ® collection, a wide range of specially coated fabrics made up of synthetic or natural fibres for inkjet (solvent and UV inks) and transfer printing (sublimation).
The different base fabrics combined with a high tech coating process gives better ink penetration and excellent print quality. These performances lead to a wide range of applications for the indoor and short term outdoor markets. DHJ has gone through a rigorous testing process on a wide range of printers including Roland, Mimaki, Seiko, HP, Nur, & Vutek thanks to a number of partnerships most notably with the RIP software specialist Caldera.

NEW : Aquaprint Products
DHJ International announces the launch of ACQUAPRINT a new range of specially developed coated Polyester media for direct print dye dispersal for the new generation of ink jet printing machines such as the Gandi 3324 Aquajet RTR, dGen Telios, Dupont Artistri, Mimaki DS, Mutoh Viper DS and other makes of Direct Sublimation printing machines.
Four new products have been made specifically to target our client�s end use applications:
- Acquasun - for backlit applications such as light boxes and displays
- Acquanight - a general purpose blackout fabric for front lit applications and banners
- Acquadrop - a non-curl canvas for kakemonos, artist canvas and POP applications
- Acquatex - a new twill weave textile effect for in store decorations
All these new products from DHJ International under the ACQUAPRINT are available from our network of distributors of DECOPRINT products. They offer all those essential features such as:
- no PVC resins used in our coatings
- no heavy metals, no fungicides, no phthalates
- no V.O.C. (No Volatile Organic Compounds)
- coatings and fabrics meeting the latest ecological requirements in the market
- printable fabrics up to 122 inches (310cms in width)
- fabrics for the most stringent global fire retardant standards (M1, B1, NFPA 701etc)
- fabrics that are strong and dimensionally stable
- fabrics that vary from being translucent to being totally black out
- fabrics with a smooth surface or a surface relief for different effects
- fabrics with less than 5 ppm of Formaldehyde
The Decoprint® brand offers a range of 100 % polyester fabrics with the internationally renown French M1 fire classification coating (on one or both sides) for solvent printing and a multilayer fire retardant coating fabric (also M1) for solvent printing. All Decoprint® fabrics have a coating on one side or on both sides and in some case items have a blackout layer. Upon launching it’s brand in the US market DHJ had it’s best selling fabrics from the Decoprint® line tested and approved to US fire classification standards (NFPA 701- Small Scale & California Fire Marshall Title 19).For copies of test reports or to receive an extension please contact us.
